The trust’s assets will be managed by Wasiyyah Shoppe Berhad according to the stipulated terms and condition on the respective asset.

According to law, a minor can become the beneficiary or heir, but they cannot legally own the assets until they come to an age. Until then, the closest kin of the minor will hold on trust the assets on behalf of the minor. The risk of individual misuse and dishonesty is real when the individual trustee is appointed.
